Navigating through the Landlord-Tenant courts is not an easy process as Eviction is extremely technical in nature. We represent both Landlords and Tenants in the District Courts of Nassau and Suffolk Counties on a regular basis with both Non-Payment and Holdover Proceedings. We also file and defend post-judgment Orders to Show Cause.
